With almost a decade of experiencing participants on the NDIS, he is passionate about improving people's quality of life, teaching meaningful life skills and empowering participants to live their lives to the fullest.

He has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviours, reducing and eliminating restrictive practices and teaching meaningful and relevant skills to improve quality of life.

Our Approach

Functional Behaviour Assessment

We investigate why behaviours are happening by examining the person's physical and social environment. This process helps to identify the skills and environmental changes needed for safety and support.

Behaviour Support Plan

A tailored plan is developed, focusing on the person's goals and needs. This person-centered approach aims to improve the quality of life and achieve positive outcomes.

Restrictive Practice PBS

We work diligently to reduce and eventually eliminate restrictive practices through evidence-based, individualized, proactive strategies. This includes:

  • Training Stakeholders: Engaging and educating family members and support workers to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Evidence-Based Functional Assessments: Utilizing ethical skill development to foster positive behaviour changes.

Benefits of Positive Behaviour Support

The goal of Positive Behaviour Support is twofold:

  • Improve Quality of Life: By understanding and addressing the unique needs of each participant, I strive to enhance their daily experiences and overall well-being.
  • Reduce Behaviours of Concern: Through a comprehensive approach, I aim to identify and mitigate challenging behaviours by understanding their triggers, environmental factors and.
